01Read the actual apartment plan
Compare usable rooms, circulation, daylight, ventilation, storage and the household’s daily routine. A bedroom count or overall area leaves these differences unresolved. Identify the proposed floor and configuration so two options are being compared on the same basis.
02Distinguish the phase from the wider project
Identify the phase, tower or block and the home being proposed. Ask which access routes, facilities and shared services relate to that phase, which are in use and which remain proposed. Read the specification for the actual apartment instead of assuming every project feature applies to it.
03Set out the proposed purchase and ongoing arrangements
Record the quoted price, other proposed payments, what is included, and the stated handover condition and timing. Add recurring maintenance and shared arrangements. Bring the location and regular journeys into that comparison so the proposal reflects both the home and daily life.
